Position: CDP Main Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the main kitchen section and ensuring high food quality
- Leading the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking for all outlets
- Managing section inventory and monitoring food costs and wastage
- Conducting training for junior cooks on culinary techniques and safety
- Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisines
- Ability to manage a kitchen section under high pressure
