Position: Commis Main Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workstation at all times
- Handling food ingredients with care and following safety protocols
- Preparing basic sauces, stocks, and mise en place for various sections
- Cleaning kitchen tools and ensuring a hygienic workspace
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Hardworking with a strong interest in culinary arts
