Position: Executive Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and production
- Supervising the culinary team to ensure consistency in food preparation and plating
- Monitoring kitchen inventory and coordinating with the purchasing department
- Training and mentoring junior chefs on advanced culinary techniques
- Handling guest feedback regarding food quality and implementing improvements
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in luxury hospitality
- Strong technical skills and a high level of creativity in culinary execution
- Leadership ability to manage diverse kitchen sections under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to culinary detail
- Fluent in English with a professional and collaborative attitude
- Minimum of a diploma in Culinary Management or related field
- Familiarity with Marriott culinary standards is an advantage
