Position: Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and production
  • Supervising the culinary team to ensure consistency in food preparation and plating
  • Monitoring kitchen inventory and coordinating with the purchasing department
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs on advanced culinary techniques
  • Handling guest feedback regarding food quality and implementing improvements

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in luxury hospitality
  • Strong technical skills and a high level of creativity in culinary execution
  • Leadership ability to manage diverse kitchen sections under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to culinary detail
  • Fluent in English with a professional and collaborative attitude
  • Minimum of a diploma in Culinary Management or related field
  • Familiarity with Marriott culinary standards is an advantage
