Position: CDP
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific kitchen section and ensure food quality consistency
- Lead and train junior cooks to maintain brand standards in food preparation
- Manage food portions and minimize waste to optimize departmental costs
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the workstation
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development
Qualifications:
- Relevant culinary education and experience in a similar position
- Strong culinary skills across different cuisines, especially seafood
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a vibrant, high-pressure environment
- Highly organized with a focus on luxury standards
