Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Young, dynamic, energetic and creative culinary leader
- Currently an Executive Chef or a motivated Sous Chef from a 5-star property
- Experience with vegan and vegetarian cuisine and contemporary plant-forward techniques
- Passionate about local ingredients, discovering regional flavours and working with local producers
- Creative and innovative in cuisine, using both modern and classical techniques
- Dedicated to producing high-quality dishes with strong attention to presentation
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a great eye for detail
- Highly operational: a true hands-on, on-the-floor professional
- People-oriented, sensitive to staff needs, and an excellent team player
- Strong customer relations skills with a focus on guest engagement
- ServeSafe certified with expert knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices, and the ability to correct operational problems
- Train the Trainer certified (or equivalent experience in staff training and development)
- Eligible to work in Indonesia; due to local labour law the role is open to Indonesian citizens only
