Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 6 years of sales experience in hospitality or luxury service industry, preferably in a five-star villa resort
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of hotel products, services and the competitive market
- Familiarity with revenue management, sales techniques and hotel distribution channels (offline travel agents and weddings)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems (VHP)
- Strong understanding of sales reports, forecasting and market analysis
- Highly motivated, result-driven and target-oriented
- Flexible to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel when required
