Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality or luxury service industry, preferably in a five-star villa resort
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of hotel products, services, and competitive market
• Familiarity with revenue management, sales techniques, and hotel distribution channels (offline travel agents and weddings)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems (VHP)
• Strong understanding of sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis
• Highly motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented
• Flexible to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel when required
