Alaya Suites Ubud is a 5-star luxury suites property located in the cultural heart of Ubud, Bali, designed to offer refined hospitality with understated elegance and genuine Balinese charm. The property features thoughtfully curated suites, upscale guest amenities, and service standards aimed at delivering memorable stays for discerning travelers.
As we prepare for our grand unveiling, Alaya Suites Ubud is building a Phase 1 Pre-Opening Team focused on managerial and key supporting roles. We value excellence, integrity, and heartfelt hospitality, and offer opportunities for passionate professionals to grow with the brand in a collaborative, service-driven environment.
Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or level
- Proven track record in sales and marketing within hospitality
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- High self-confidence, outgoing personality, and team-player mindset
- Preferably residing in Bali or willing to relocate; experience with VHP system is a plus
