Position: Sr. Sales Manager
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets for the property.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new market segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and travel partners.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
