Qualifications:

• Relevant education background or vocational qualification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front desk role at hotels
• Excellent command of English and good communication skills
• Positive attitude, good grooming, discipline and strong guest service focus
• Possession of SIM A is an advantage for roles requiring transport coordination
