Qualifications:

• Experience organising recreational programs, sports activities and guest experiences
• Energetic, creative and able to develop engaging guest activities and events
• Good communication and coordination skills with operations and external vendors
• Guest-focused, safety-aware and able to supervise activity staff
• Ability to measure program effectiveness and drive guest satisfaction
