Qualifications:

• Experience as Chef de Partie in hotel or resort kitchens
• Strong technical skills in assigned kitchen station and food preparation
• Knowledge of portion control, hygiene and production standards
• Team player with good communication and willingness to learn
• Reliable and able to work under pressure during peak service times
