Position: Guest Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience in guest services or front office management at hotels or resorts
  • Strong guest relations, communication and complaint-handling skills
  • Ability to lead a guest service team and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Creative, motivated and results oriented with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
