Position: Guest Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest services or front office management at hotels or resorts
- Strong guest relations, communication and complaint-handling skills
- Ability to lead a guest service team and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Creative, motivated and results oriented with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
