Qualifications:

• Experience as a pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in hotels or bakeries
• Strong technical pastry skills and creativity in dessert presentation
• Knowledge of hygiene, portioning and bakery operations
• Ability to support pastry production for outlets and events
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain consistent quality
