Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in high-end resorts or fine-dining hotels
• Demonstrated ability to elevate refined gastronomy while honouring local and island flavours
• Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring, mentoring and empowering culinary teams
• Expertise in menu development, sourcing local ingredients and crafting memorable dining experiences
• Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety (HACCP) and cost control
