Position: Steward
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Operate dishwashing machines and wash pots, pans, and cutlery.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain back-of-house organization.
- Support the kitchen and F&B service teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous stewarding experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and physically fit for manual tasks.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player.
