Position: Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot, cold, garde manger).
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with standard recipes.
- Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in the section.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel or quality restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of the assigned section.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
