Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef or similar kitchen role in hotels or restaurants
- Strong culinary skills, knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to support menu preparation, supervise kitchen staff and maintain quality
- Organised, creative and focused on consistency and cost control
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support outlet and banquet services
