Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years supervisory experience in hotel operations or front office management
• Strong guest service orientation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in shift coordination, handling guest incidents and supervising teams
• Good command of English and ability to communicate with international guests
• Professionalism, calm under pressure and ability to support pre-opening or operational changes
