Position: Duty Managers
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years supervisory experience in hotel operations or front office management
- Strong guest service orientation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience in shift coordination, handling guest incidents and supervising teams
- Good command of English and ability to communicate with international guests
- Professionalism, calm under pressure and ability to support pre-opening or operational changes
