Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years or relevant experience in a similar capacity at a 4-star hotel
• Friendly, helpful, and service-minded with a positive spirit of conquest attitude
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage and guest assistance duties safely
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow hotel operating procedures and safety standards
• Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and perform under pressure
