Position: Guest Experience Agent
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and Indonesian; good command of English is an advantage
- Experience in guest services, front office, or concierge roles in hotels or hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest-focus
- Knowledge of Chinese market expectations and cultural etiquette for guest relations
- Ability to assist with check-ins, guest enquiries, and concierge services professionally
- Proficient with hotel PMS and basic office software (MS Office)
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
