Position: Guest Experience Agent

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and Indonesian; good command of English is an advantage
  • Experience in guest services, front office, or concierge roles in hotels or hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest-focus
  • Knowledge of Chinese market expectations and cultural etiquette for guest relations
  • Ability to assist with check-ins, guest enquiries, and concierge services professionally
  • Proficient with hotel PMS and basic office software (MS Office)
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
