Position: Guest Experience Agent – Chinese Ambassador

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Deliver personalised front office services for Chinese-speaking guests, including check-in/out, room assignments, pre-arrival arrangements, and handling guest concerns
• Coordinate transportation, dining reservations, tours, and special requests to create seamless and memorable guest experiences
• Provide language and cultural support by offering translation, interpretation, and assistance with menus, signage, and communication needs
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, a good team player, and energetic
