Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment preferred
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong customer service orientation, well-groomed and professional appearance
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation systems; knowledge of front office procedures
