Position: CDP Chinese Cuisine

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree in culinary arts or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a kitchen section team.
• Passionate about culinary arts with a professional attitude is a must.
• Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and a guest-focused mindset.
