• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining Italian restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong expertise in classic and contemporary Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Creative and passionate about menu development and food presentation.

• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, cost control, and kitchen management.
