Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining Italian restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
- Strong expertise in classic and contemporary Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Creative and passionate about menu development and food presentation.
- A candidate who notices the little things that make a difference to our guests.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, cost control, and kitchen management.
