Position: Guest Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office or Guest Relations in a modern hotel setting.
- Passionate about modern sustainable hospitality and committed to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Embodies the “Stay You” philosophy by celebrating individuality in both guests and team members.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
