Position: Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
  • Input guest data and reservation details into the VHP system.
  • Provide information on room types, rates, and hotel promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure room availability.

Qualifications:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in relevant study.
  • Good English.
  • Min 2-3 years in the same position.
  • Familiar with VHP system.
  • Good skill, performance, and appearance.
  • Good attitude, willing to learn, motivate, hard worker, active, energetic.
  • Able to join immediately.
