Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for high-quality ingredients and creative presentation.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-performing culinary team.
• A culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
