Position: Chef de Partie In Room Dining / Club Lounge / Azure

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of culinary experience with a proven track record as a Chef de Partie.
  • Experience in In-Room Dining, lounge, or all-day dining is highly desirable.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
