Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen as assigned.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes according to hotel standards.
  • Supervise and train demi chefs and commis chefs in the section.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering for the section.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
  • Positive attitude and good communication.
  • Team spirit and service minded.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • A culinary diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of food safety (HACCP) standards.
