Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen as assigned by the Sous Chef.
- Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes according to hotel standards.
- Supervise and train demi chefs and commis chefs in the section.
- Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and minimizing waste for the section.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations for the assigned section.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Good leadership and training skills.
- A culinary diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food safety (HACCP) standards.
- Positive attitude and team spirited.
