Position: Recreation & Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a comprehensive program of recreational activities and cultural experiences for guests.
  • Lead the recreation team to deliver high quality, engaging, and safe activities.
  • Ensure all recreation facilities and equipment are well maintained and presented.
  • Gather guest feedback to continuously improve the recreation and experience offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless and memorable guest journeys.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5 star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
  • Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in planning and organizing events and activities.
  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about guest engagement.
  • Fast learner and a proactive team player.
  • Able to join immediately.
