Position: Account Receivable Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.
- Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments.
- Prepare aging reports and assist with month end closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
- Orientation on business results and integrity.
- Familiar with International Hotel Standards and accounting principles.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
