Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check in and check out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering unparalleled hospitality.
