Position: Guest Relations Officer – Mandarin Speaking
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, particularly Mandarin speakers
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities
- Facilitate check in and check out procedures smoothly
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain updated guest profiles and preferences
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory
- Experience in a front office or guest relations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to solve problems efficiently
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Computer literacy including property management systems
