Position: Guest Service Agent/Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all front desk duties, including welcoming guests, check in, and check out.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage guest billing and process payments accurately.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct departments.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Guest Service Agent or Receptionist in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS), preferably Opera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Positive, guest focused attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
  • Empowered to solve guest issues.
