Position: Guest Service Agent/Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Perform all front desk duties, including welcoming guests, check in, and check out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage guest billing and process payments accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct departments.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Guest Service Agent or Receptionist in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS), preferably Opera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Positive, guest focused attitude and a professional appearance.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
- Empowered to solve guest issues.
