Position: Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to all guests.
- Operate and maintain coffee making equipment, including grinders and espresso machines.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Skill in latte art is a significant advantage.
