Position: Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to all guests.
• Operate and maintain coffee making equipment, including grinders and espresso machines.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Handle transactions and operate the POS system accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication.
• Team spirit and service minded.
• Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Skill in latte art is a significant advantage.
