Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage outlets and banquet operations
- Ensure high quality of service and product standards
- Manage F&B budget, costs, and revenue targets
- Train and lead the F&B team to achieve excellence
- Develop promotions and menus in collaboration with the Chef
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as F&B Manager in luxury hotels
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Creative and innovative with F&B trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Customer-focused
