Position: Restaurant Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet events
- Coordinate with the culinary and sales teams to ensure successful event execution
- Train and supervise service staff to maintain 5-star service standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and departmental costs
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3 – 5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (Managerial Level)
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication skill
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- Indonesian citizens only
- Able to join immediately
