Position: Front Office Agent Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Perform check in, check out, and room assignment procedures for all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin speaking guests.
- Act as a key point of contact, handling guest inquiries and requests flawlessly.
- Facilitate communication and provide translation services for Mandarin speaking guests.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and manage guest folios accurately.
- Provide personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or GSA in a 5 star luxury hotel.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, engaging attitude.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, overnights).
