Position: Front Office Agent Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

  • Perform check in, check out, and room assignment procedures for all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin speaking guests.
  • Act as a key point of contact, handling guest inquiries and requests flawlessly.
  • Facilitate communication and provide translation services for Mandarin speaking guests.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and manage guest folios accurately.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or GSA in a 5 star luxury hotel.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, engaging attitude.
  • Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, overnights).
