Position: Italian Greeter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet Italian-speaking guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Assist guests with check-in procedures and orientation to the resort facilities
- Provide translation assistance and cultural information to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests efficiently
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Fast learner and able to operate related systems
- Able to join immediately
