Position: Front Office Host (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Experience in front office or guest services in a luxury hotel
- Strong communication and guest relation skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Proficient in using property management systems
- Friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
