Position: Mandarin Greeter
Responsibilities:
- Greet Mandarin-speaking guests and assist with check-in/out
- Act as a point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests throughout their stay
- Translate menus, notices, and other information as needed
- Resolve guest issues with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
- Support the Front Office team in daily operations
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Fast learner and able to operate related systems
- Able to join immediately
