Position: Shop Attendant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to guests in the retail shop
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale system
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed
  • Assist with stock ordering and receiving
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally

Qualifications:

  • One-year proven experience as a Shop Attendant or similar position, preferably at a luxury property
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Property Management Software, preferably Opera
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
