Position: Shop Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to guests in the retail shop
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed
- Assist with stock ordering and receiving
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
Qualifications:
- One-year proven experience as a Shop Attendant or similar position, preferably at a luxury property
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Property Management Software, preferably Opera
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
