Position: FOM – Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily front office operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience
- Lead and train the front desk and GRO teams on resort service standards
- Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping for guest arrivals
- Oversee night audit processes and ensure accurate financial reporting at the front desk
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Exceptional problem solving and guest service orientation
- Proficiency in PMS and hotel management software
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic island resort environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
