Position: FOM – Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily front office operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience
  • Lead and train the front desk and GRO teams on resort service standards
  • Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Manage room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping for guest arrivals
  • Oversee night audit processes and ensure accurate financial reporting at the front desk

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and guest service orientation
  • Proficiency in PMS and hotel management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic island resort environment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management
