Position: Duty Manager (Job ID: 25186040)
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel operations during shift, acting as the General Manager’s representative.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle incidents or emergencies.
- Oversee front desk operations and assist with check-in/out.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Fluent in English.
