Position: Cluster Assistant Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits for both hotel properties.
• Review financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with Marriott standards.
• Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for operational improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support the Cluster Audit Manager in day to day functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel financial systems (e.g., Opera, SunSystems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
