Position: Cluster Assistant Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits for both hotel properties.
- Review financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with Marriott standards.
- Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Support the Cluster Audit Manager in day to day functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel financial systems (e.g., Opera, SunSystems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
