Position: Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and hotel policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Manage cash flow, banking activities, and financial controls.
• Proficiently operate the VHP system for all financial and accounting functions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years at a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Positive attitude and highly motivated.
• Good problem solving ability and proficiency in hotel accounting systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Able to operate VHP system.
• Can join immediately.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
