Position: F&B and Event Service Expert
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in outlets or events
- Set up and clear tables and banquet halls
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items
- Ensure cleanliness of the service area
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or banquets
- Good communication skills and friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Neat appearance and good hygiene
- Willing to work long hours and weekends
- Basic English skills
- Team player
