Position: Sales Admin

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales department.
• Prepare sales contracts, reports, and presentations.
• Manage the sales database and ensure all client information is accurate.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate with other departments for event and booking details.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Coordinator, preferably in a hotel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and support a busy team.
